広島市南区段原二丁目のお好み焼き屋さん。
週末のランチタイムに伺い、スペシャルをそばで頂きました。これは、肉玉そば・生イカ・生海老・イカ天・ネぎかけのお好み焼きで、値段は1130円です。
若干遠目で焼くのを見ていましたので、焼き方の詳細はわかりませんが、割とオーソドツクスな焼き方だと思います。キャベツの量は多い、麺は生麺を裏で茹でて使用、細麺です。イカ天とシーフードは別途鉄板の上で焼きそばの上にのせます。本体はしっかり時間をかけて焼き上げます。途中で何度か押さえつけてしっかりと火を通しています。
鉄皿で供されました。頂いてみると細麺のそばが香ばしく焼けており美味しい。キャベツも甘くて美味しい。また、全体的にボリューミーで、かなりお腹一杯になりました。
