At our restaurant, we offer "hormone fried udon", a local gourmet dish from Sayo Town, Hyogo Prefecture. We use 5 types of fresh domestic Wagyu beef hormones, so you can enjoy the different textures of each cut. Also, because it is grilled without oil, it is not sticky, and you can enjoy the sweetness of Wagyu beef and the flavor of high-quality fat.The secret sauce is a soy sauce-based sauce with garlic that has been passed down since the company was founded in 1950. Add it and enjoy! It tastes great not only with rice but also with alcohol♪

The noodles for the horumon yaki udon are made from flat noodles from Hiratani Seirō, the company that supports the horumon udon in Sayo town. When freshly baked, the udon noodles have a smooth and chewy texture, but as time passes, the udon noodles become dark and crispy. You can enjoy the difference in taste and texture twice ♪ We also have a great value "Ichiriki Set" where you can enjoy obanzai, homemade kimchi, horumon yaki udon, and a glass of draft beer ◎ Not only can you enjoy it after work, but also with family and friends.
