I was interested in Setouchi Cuisine Gutsuri-tei Ton-etsu, which was renovated around summer, so I went there for lunch with my wife on Saturday. It seems that lunch is only available on Saturdays and Sundays, and the official information on Tabelog that the business hours are from 12:00 to 15:00. However, the lunch menu stated that the hours were from 11:30 to 2:30 p.m. By the way, we went there just after 12:00, but it was already open and there were two customers. Now, which time is right? The parking lot was in front of the store, and although it was hard to see, it was divided into sections, so I parked there. There were 6 counter seats and 6 tables. The atmosphere inside the store is good, and it feels like it's suitable for a date or a group of friends. You will be guided to a table and you will be able to order and pay using the Pad placed at your seat. There were 4 types of lunch menus, and in addition to that, you could also order a la carte menu, grand menu, and sake. From the lunch menu, I ordered Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) set meal and my wife ordered Seafood Pasta Lunch. For the pasta, you can choose the sauce flavor from Bianco or Rosso, and my wife chose Rosso. About 10 minutes after ordering, each dish other than the main dish was served. I had a salad, Small dish, and chawan mushi, and my wife had a salad, bread, and Prosciutto platter. The dressing on the salad tasted good and I ate it quickly. Small dish was broccoli and taro topped with cod roe sauce, and if you like cod roe, you'll definitely enjoy the taste. Chawanmushi has a creamy texture that resembles pudding. There were shiitake mushrooms on the surface and fish inside. I put it in my mouth without checking the identity of the fish, so I can only judge by the taste. Judging from the slightly addictive taste and the way the meat loosens, I think it's either chinu or soy. Well, which one is correct? Or am I misguided? The main dish was ready 30 minutes after ordering. Since we were talking together, I didn't have to worry about the time, but otherwise it might not have lasted long. ? I was surprised at the amount of Tempura in the completed Kaisen Ten-don (tempura rice bowl). I was worried that this would be a bit too Tempura, but since the amount of rice was small, it was just right. The ingredients were shrimp, Oyster, octopus, shiitake mushrooms, shishito peppers, king king mushrooms, eggplant, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes. Particularly good were Oyster, which were plump, juicy, and delicious. The shrimp felt like it was stuffed with meat and had a strong shrimp flavor. Seafood pasta also seemed delicious. After eating, I paid the bill: the Kaisen Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) set meal was 1,200 yen, and the plump Seafood pasta lunch was 1,500 yen. It's a restaurant that serves more at night than during the day, so I think it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy food and drinks.
