We fry our food after receiving your order, so you can always enjoy freshly made deliciousness. The taste is either the standard tartar or a special slightly fruity sauce. Anagomeshi skewers are one of our most popular dishes, along with fried Oyster skewers! Chop the seasoned conger eel and mix it with seasoned rice to make it into sticks. After skewering it, it was coated with batter and fried. Hot and chewy. It has a slightly strange texture that makes you addicted to it. We use Kuwata rice from Hiroshima Prefecture, which is known as "angel's rice." The batter is also coated with sauce, allowing you to enjoy the rich flavor.
