The "Lunch Chef's selection Set" can be chosen from two types: a set with 10 pieces of Sushi, or a set that incorporates Italian Cuisine elements such as pasta. The Sushi is made using seasonal fish from the Setouchi and Hokuriku regions. You can enjoy seasonal flavors such as fatty Spanish mackerel from the Setouchi region, and white shrimp and snow crab from the Hokuriku region. Small dish such as Hiroshima vegetable bagna cauda are also available, which change daily. Feel free to enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients from lunchtime.
Food "Evening Chef's Choice Course" featuring ingredients from Setouchi and Hokuriku
The daily "Evening Chef's Choice Course" offers over 20 types of sushi and bite-sized delicacies. Enjoy the fusion of ingredients from Hiroshima and the Setouchi region, a treasure trove of ingredients, and seafood from the Hokuriku region. The sushi rice is made with red vinegar sourced from Onomichi Vinegar, a company that was founded 430 years ago. Using rice from Hiroshima Prefecture, we have carefully crafted a balance of subtle sweetness and sourness. You can also enjoy dishes that incorporate Italian elements, such as steamed rosy seabass sushi and Hiroshima beef hand rolls.

We offer local sake from Hiroshima Prefecture and Hokuriku. We also have wine from Hiroshima Prefecture, so you can enjoy it with dishes made with ingredients from various regions. We also recommend sours made with healthy lemons and limes sourced from "Pompoko Land" on Iwaki Island, Hiroshima Prefecture. We also offer fig vinegar sours made by "Onomichi Vinegar," the same company that makes the red vinegar for our rice. You can also bring your own alcohol, so please feel free to enjoy it as if you were a sommelier.

An extraordinary hideaway-like space at the entrance to Miyajima. Our restaurant is located along the Seto Inland Sea, so you can see Miyajima and Itsukushima Shrine from the window.
