1か月以上前に予約して伺いました。
瀬戸内海に面した福山だけに、刺身の鮮度はどれもとても高く、歯応えはコリコリしていました。揚げ物もとても美味しく、塩加減が絶妙でいつまでも食べていられる感じでした。締めのシラス鯛飯も、鯛網など鯛が有名な福山ならではです。
鮪の中落ちを食べ忘れたので、次回伺う時には必ず注文したいと思います。
