カープ2軍観戦の帰りに寄ってみました「酒奏居酒屋 季酒」。予約してないと無理かなと思ったのですが、開店早々の比較的早い時間だったので予約さんが来られるまでの時間だけであればということで飛び込み入店成功。
まずはビールで乾杯しながら、刺し身系 鯛の焼き霜から。皮を強火で炙って冷水につけるそうで、カツオのタタキみたいな感じ。これが無茶苦茶オイシイ。鯛の厚みも厚すぎず薄すぎず、一片食べた瞬間に虜に。
鯛美味しいってので、骨蒸しも注文。「こつむし」じゃなくて「くつむし」とルビってるのも雰囲気あっていいな。これもンマイ。こりゃビールじゃなくてお酒だよねと、日本酒に変更。最初から日本酒でもよかったなー。
福山が生産量一位を誇るクワイも絶妙な塩加減で美味です。こんなにシンプルなのにずるいよね。入店できて良かったー。今度は予約してゆっくり来てみたいです。
