新幹線停車駅・福山駅で下車しました。
もちろん、このあたりのグルメ知識はないので、駅の中でお店を探してみたところ。。。
阿も珍さんの前を通った時に「ちーいか定食」というのを見かけました。
ちーいか？初めて聞きましたので、何だろうと思い、気になって入りました＾＾
ちーいか天刺身定食、税込1540円です。
スマホで早速検索してみたところ、瀬戸内海でとれる小さなイカのようです。
ホタルイカと似ているけど、違うみたいですね。
出てきた定食を見ると、小さなイカの天ぷらが1皿！
下味がついているので、天つゆなどでの味付け不要です。
ほんのり甘みがある味つけで、おつまみのサキイカスルメを食べているような味です。
ふりかけの利用が自由、塩辛がついてくるのもナイスサービスでした。
塩辛は、ゆずで風味をつけてあり、塩辛なのですが“塩辛くない塩辛”です。
しょっぱさはありません。
自由に食べられるように小瓶で出てくるので、つい多めにいただいてしまいました♪
駅の中にあるので、便利！
瀬戸内ならではの小さいイカが食べられるし、塩辛やふりかけもあるので、
ご飯が進んでしまいました。
また来たいです。関東にもこのお店あるといいですね～。
