I woke up early today and wanted to eat breakfast as soon as possible, so I searched Tabelog. But rural Fukuyama has few options. Fortunately, Mr. Ginji, who is a connoisseur, decided to visit the restaurant since it was open 24 hours a day on Sundays and holidays. Luckily, there was a full menu of set meals and rice bowls available until 3pm. [Yaki fish set meal 880 yen] Today's grilled fish was grilled mackerel. This is an extra large size. The size was enough for two people. Plenty of rice and potato salad. Of particular note was the miso soup, which was large and extremely delicious. It's a Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so even though it's a chain restaurant, it's understandable that they put a lot of effort into their miso soup. It was an authentic Seafood soup with seaweed. To be honest, it didn't feel any different from the taste at a restaurant. In conclusion, it was a very satisfying grilled fish set meal. According to my research, there is only one Coffee shops Coffee shops Fukuyama that is open 24 hours, three that open from 6 a.m., and five or six Coffee shops open from 7 a.m., so very few are open in the early morning hours. In such a situation, Mr. Ginji, who is a connoisseur, was open today, which was helpful. It was more fulfilling than eating rice balls and grilled fish breakfast at Onigiri poor Coffee shops. Since it was 5am, there were only a few customers, but they served us courteously. I can see that chain stores these days have thorough training and put a lot of effort into customer service. Fukuyama is a rural area. I'm grateful that a national chain like Mr. Ginji, who has a discerning eye, has expanded into this business. Please continue to support Fukuyama's food^^
