こちらのお店、泳ぎ烏賊があるらしい
大型生け簀からさばきたての鮮魚を！ってことです
これは、一回、行ってみたい！
ってわけで、今回、忘年会として、予約して行ってきました
予約時、泳ぎ烏賊をお願いしたのですが
これは、当日の仕入れ次第らしい
ってわけで、とりあえず、もつ鍋だけ注文
後は、単品で当日注文することに
で、当日
残念なことに、泳ぎ烏賊はありません
残念
これを目当てに来たので
やはり、残念感は強いです
かわりに
朝〆イカの姿造り
というのがあるとの事で
そちらを注文
他には
チキン南蛮
出し巻き玉子
揚げ出し豆腐
もつ煮込み
枝豆
などなど
そして、メインのもつ鍋
まずは、目当ての泳ぎ烏賊の代わりの朝〆イカの姿造り
これは、とても残念な感じ
ここの泳ぎ烏賊の味は知りませんが
泳ぎ烏賊の味を知っている人が食べると
とても残念な感じの味
これなら、かえって、無いほうが良いかも
逆に、一品料理はまずまず
普通に美味しくいただけます
居酒屋として考えたら十分です
そして、居酒屋と考えたら
十分美味しいもつ鍋
もつ鍋専門店にはなれないでしょうけど
普通に美味しくいただけました
予約しておいても
泳ぎ烏賊の入荷をさせてくれるわけではなさそうですから
わざわざ予約して行くのはつらいかも
予約していくなら、泳ぎ烏賊を目当てに行くより
居酒屋の席確保が必要な時でしょうか
なので、個人的には
当日、TELを入れて
泳ぎ烏賊があれば行く
無ければ断る
くらいの利用方法が良いのかも
まぁ、泳ぎ烏賊を注文してみたら
また、変わるかもしれませんけど
