はなの舞などを運営するチムニーグループのお店です。
コロナ禍ということもあり、昼から通し営業出来ることから食堂というカテゴリーに進出されたようです。
こちらももともとはなの舞の店舗でした。
東京など都市部では、食堂兼居酒屋というお店はけっこうありますが、この地域は昼営業、夜営業の2部制、または居酒屋形態では夜のみの営業のところが多く、通し営業は昼のみしたいかたにとっては、有難いお店です。
そんな私も日曜日のお昼に伺いました。
14時ころ伺いましたが、お店の入りは60%くらいでしたでしょうか？
お客さんは飲みのかたとアルコールを摂取されていないかたが半々といったところです。
本当の定食屋さんだと、アルコールをいただくのも気が引けるお店もありますが、こちらは店内も基本居酒屋チックなので、安心してアルコールがいただけます。
お店の一押し料理は肉豆腐で、この定食もありますが、単品でもおつまみになってよかったです。
チムニーグループさんは、居酒屋版、サブスクをやられており、ひと月3000円で90分飲み放題が一カ月いつでも使えるというのんべぇにはたまらないサブスクをやられております。
（生ビールでいくと、一杯399円なので、ひと月で8杯飲むともとを取る計算）
わたしは残念ながら、お店の近くに住んでいないので、ダメですが、ご近所さんは羨ましすぎますね、、、
メニューは、定食のほかに居酒屋メニューがありますが、ここは居酒屋経験が長いチムニーさん、メニュー数は絞り込まれていますが、一通り揃った感じです。
わたし的にちょっと残念だったのが、野菜類はトマトスライスくらいだったこと、サラダくらいはラインナップにほしいところでした。
駅チカですし、スタッフのかたもチェーンの居酒屋さんにしては、マニュアルマニュアルしてなくてよかったです。
