オリジナルのソースは個性的でいいと思う。キャベツの嫌な風味が出て台無し。全体のバランスもバラバラ。関西風と広島の両刀はなりたたないと思う。
地元のお客で昼時はいつも賑わってます。
福山という地域はかつての備後地区で安芸（広島）とは違うせいか、広島市民ほど広島焼に
対する固執は薄いように思えます。
