Our restaurant is proud of Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) made with fresh domestically produced offal. The large giblets that are carefully selected and purchased on the day are carefully and thoroughly prepared, resulting in a chewy texture that is easy to eat even though it is greasy. Based on a delicious soup made by simmering chicken bones and vegetables for about 4 hours, you can enjoy it with our recommended spicy miso, soy sauce, or a homemade dashi stock of your choice. In addition to our standard menu, we also have a monthly menu of snacks and meals that changes every month.Enjoy our famous Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and seasonal dishes.
