18時に忘年会で初訪問です。
以前、お店の前を通った際に、気になってたお店です。店構えが素敵です。
個室でまずはビールで乾杯。
お料理は
小鯛のてまり寿司から始まります。
続いて白身魚のしんじょうのお吸い物、
お造りは貝柱、ひらめ、さわら、はまち。
さすが、お魚は美味しいですね。
茶碗蒸しが出てきましたが、中身はうなぎ。一色産らしい。
普通の茶碗蒸しよりコクがあり、新たな味を楽しめます。
そして、次はめばるの煮つけが出てきましたが、なんと一人一尾。
びっくりぽんです。
天ぷらは活車海老、なす、白子、トウガラシ。
活車海老はもちろん、白子がフワっとうまく揚がっていていいですね。
そしてもう一品出たのちに、〆のかきの炊き込みご飯とお味噌汁。
これは絶品。炊き込みご飯はやや硬めに炊かれ、牡蠣の旨みがしっかりと染み込でいます。
また、味付けも上品ですが、炊き込みご醤油の香りも楽しめます。もちろんお味噌汁もいいです。
デザートを食べて終了。
お酒は天寶一の山田錦、雄町に嘉美心、八海山と色々試させていただきました。飲みすぎます。
