今日は自分の休日。
一般の平日ランチタイムに、気にはなるが優先して来なかったこちらを利用した。
13時近くで席はうまっていたものの、数分で案内いただいた。
入口近くのカウンター席。
むしろ静かで好ましい。
メニューの最初に載っていた「阿も珍の漁師めし定食」と「稲田屋の関東煮（串）」をオーダー。
それほど待つことなく、2本の関東煮を運んでいただく。
あの「稲田屋」さんの「関東煮」はここでいただけるのだなあ。
この歯ごたえと甘い味付けは福山の味、と言っていいんだろう。
缶詰なども売られているが、店舗で食べるなら「阿も珍」ということだ。
そして2本食べ終えた頃合いに定食到着。
プレートにところ狭しと並ぶ品々は目にも嬉しい。
左上からお櫃（1.5杯分の米飯）、刺身（切り身）5種、天ぷら3種、
ゴマ、ワサビ、刻み海苔の器と卵入りのタレを経て
手前左からご飯茶碗、イカの漬け、沢庵、擦られた山芋、味噌汁。
漁師めしの食べ方は、テーブルにある説明書きを参照だ。
まあ、掟はともかく、いっただきまーす！
ああ、この歯触りと喉ごし。もう一舐めしたくなるタレの味がたまらない。
天ぷらの衣も胃もたれしにくそうな優しさを感じる。
いいじゃないですか。
野菜かき揚げサックリ感はなかなか上物だと思った。
そしてやはり漁師めし。
ということで、また使いたいですね。
