For the chicken sashimi and chicken tataki, we use fresh chicken caught early in the morning. We want you to enjoy fresh, delicious chicken, so we only serve it on days of the week other than Wednesdays and Sundays. Other have rare sashimi such as ostrich sashimi and horse sashimi! Please try Nagomi's proud fresh meat.
