I happened to stop by a Chinese restaurant for dinner. The restaurant was bustling with customers, many of whom were families, and it seemed to be a famous local restaurant. I ordered char siu ramen and a small serving of fried rice. The soup was a little different from what I've experienced in Hiroshima prefecture. It was light yet rich, and the soup was savory yet refreshing. The char siu and noodles went perfectly together, and the fluffy fried rice made for a perfect combination. It's a local famous restaurant, and as I've said many times before, it's definitely one I'd like to come back to with friends and acquaintances if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.
