[Inside the Royal Hotel] Don't underestimate the hotel Ramen. A cup created by Japanese Cuisine. Children are welcome

Since I was staying overnight in Onomichi that day, I thought I'd try some Onomichi Ramen, but all the restaurants with Onomichi Ramen signs either had long lines or were already sold out. The same goes for Okonomiyaki restaurant. I was about to give up on Onomichi Ramen when I happened to find Onomichi Ramen Nobori in front of the hotel I was passing by. . . It was on the second floor, but it didn't look like there was a line up, and the photo looked delicious, so I went in. The seats overlooking the Onomichi Channel were apparently fully booked, so I was alone, but I was shown to a private room with a sunken kotatsu. Onomichi Ramen was available as a single item, a set with rice and pickles, and a set with fried chicken or Gyoza / Dumpling, but I ordered it separately. (800 yen including tax) Ramen arrived in 3 minutes. Hurry! It seems like chicken soup is combined with bonito and kelp soup stock, and although the back fat is floating, the soup has a refreshing impression. The noodles are thin, slightly flat, and chewy. It is unique in that it contains braised sticky pork instead of chashu, but it was very flavorful and quite delicious. It seems that Ramen is made by a Japanese-style meal chef. I am grateful that I was able to eat Onomichi Ramen in a leisurely manner in a private room without having to wait in line. The hotel Restaurants was truly a hidden gem. It was a feast.
