I didn't know that Onomichi Ramen is sold out almost during the day in Onomichi. When I went to Ramen shop around 4pm, most of Ramen shops were almost closed. I finally found this place, ``Onomichi Royal Hotel Sumiyoshi.'' It's Restaurants inside the hotel, but they say it's OK to just have a meal. There are many table seats inside the store. You can see the sea of Onomichi from the window ♫ There seems to be a banquet hall in the back, and the table seats gradually filled up with hotel guests. Well, here's what I ordered. ◆Onomichi Ramen fried chicken set 1200 yen ◆Fried Gyoza / Dumpling 330 yen The kind and polite female hotel staff's customer service is soothing~♫ After a while, the rice bowl arrived. Rice, pickles, fried chicken, and Ramen arrived. Fried chicken comes with mayonnaise. I appreciate that mayonnaise changes the taste rather than eating it as is♫ There were 3 pieces of fried chicken. Good size, not too big and not too small. And fried Gyoza / Dumpling. Well, it tastes just like I imagined, but I'm satisfied with it. Go to the main Onomichi Ramen. The thickly sliced char siu is satisfying to eat ♫ The soup is made with soy sauce, but it has a rich and deep flavor. It also contains a soft-boiled egg and shinachiku. The noodles are thin flat noodles. Is that what Onomichi Ramen noodles are like? This was a lack of study. A small bowl of soup containing backfat.
