The stone oven pizza, made by the owner who trained at a pizzeria in Naples, has a thin, light texture and an authentic taste. The dough is made by purchasing the flour used during his training days in Naples from an Italian food specialty store and blending it with domestic flour.

We purchase ingredients used in Naples, such as mozzarella, grated cheese, and canned whole tomatoes, to recreate the authentic taste. As for the salt, they seem to be particular about using sweet rock salt for their tomato sauce, and fine Sicilian salt for other dishes.
