Limited to 15 meals
2018.7/12:30, alone. Last time I visited, it was late and I went back to try the limited lunch that had sold out. I was guided to the second floor. The second floor also has 6 tables for 4 people and a tatami room, so the second floor alone can accommodate 50 people. When I checked the limited lunch I was looking for, I was told "We still have some left," so I ordered it immediately. It was served in about 10 minutes. The soba was gone and it was time for udon! I wish they had told me earlier. The temari Sushi I had for the first time was bite-sized and easy for women to eat. Since there was udon, I think the volume was satisfying for men too. The vegetable Tempura is delicious with salt and mixed with the udon along with the noodle soup. I'm curious to see what menus change with the seasons. Thank you for the meal.
Japanese set meal
Just before 13:00 on June 2018, alone. Since this month, I have been mainly working in the Onomichi area, so I often go to Takasu Town. There are several new restaurants, so I went to one of them. It is a very beautiful restaurant with a magnificent entrance. I am alone, but is it okay? Please come and see us. I was politely served and shown to a table seat for six people. Since it was late, the daily set meal, which is limited to 15 meals, had already sold out. Since I had a set of nigiri Sushi and zaru udon yesterday, I ordered a Tempura set (1,280 yen excluding tax). There were no customers and the meal arrived in less than 10 minutes. A gorgeous Tempura platter! Of course, it was freshly fried and crispy. The contents were shishito peppers, eggplant, shrimp x 2, lotus root, pumpkin, and finally, I thought it was a conger eel, but it was a conger eel? Please check this. I ate each Tempura piping hot until the end, and was very satisfied. I had a six-person table all to myself, enjoyed an elegant lunch, and will return next time to try the daily special. 2018.8/13:00, for two people. We visited in Higashionomichi during a break from work. It's been extremely hot every day! We wanted something cold to eat, and after wondering whether to choose soba or udon, we both chose soba. It was a simple zaru soba and assorted Tempura. Tempura was shrimp, shishito peppers, eggplant, and pumpkin, and the batter was crispy and slightly sweet and delicious. We had it with soba sauce. The soba was probably pre-made? It was shiny, but the aroma was weak! I'm glad that there was grated daikon radish as a condiment. Four kinds of tempura and Tempura (1,000 yen excluding tax) is a bit expensive compared to Other menu items. I wonder if the limited lunch menu will be sold out after 12 o'clock? There were many customers with children, probably because it was summer vacation. There was a reasonably priced eel menu, which I'm very interested in. Thank you for the meal.
