※焼く工程を見られませんでしたので、出来上がりからの想像をお楽しみください。
生地の上にキャベツが乗る、いわゆるオーソドックスな焼き方。
キャベツの切り幅は、平均より少し太めでしょうか。量は少し少なめか。
少量ではありますが玉ねぎも入っていました。
押さえないか、押さえてても軽くだと思います。
麺はソースを絡めず、カラッと焼き上げられています。
軽くガーリックパウダーが絡められているように感じました。
そしておそらく出汁も絡められていると思います。
卵は丸く広げられ、しっかりと焼かれて、ソース、青のり、ゴマで仕上げ。

ほんのりガーリックが薫る、出汁の味をしっかりと感じるあっさり系な1枚。
ちょいふんわり系で、口の中でぱらりとほぐれ風味が口の中に広がるお好み焼きです。

JR西条駅から南へと徒歩5分程度。
酒造メーカー「白牡丹」すぐ近く。毎年10月にある《西条酒まつり》において、人で賑わうエリアのど真ん中にあります。
『和家』と書いて「わがや」と読みます。
お好み焼き屋さんらしからぬ、和を感じる外観。
隅々まで清掃の行き届いた、木を基調とした落ち着く店内。
靴を脱いで上がる、鉄板カウンター席と掘りごたつスタイルの座敷席。
もうこれはくつろがずにはいられない雰囲気満点。広島お好み焼きトップクラスと断言させていただいてもいいお好み焼き屋さんです。
