At our restaurant, we offer "Chiritori Nabe" full of flavor, which is rare in Higashihiroshima! There are plenty of vegetables and a variety of meats such as Wagyu beef short ribs, offal, and chicken skirt steak. We recommend finishing off your rice porridge with ``udon'' ♪ We are also proud of our ``Takkanmari'', which is soft, stewed chicken that has been cut into pieces that are easy to eat. The collagen-rich soup is very popular among women. We also have Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu, and we have devised ways to make it delicious for our customers!

Our ``homemade kimchi'' is made using an authentic method using well water, and is a unique dish made with rare ingredients such as Japanese yam and cucumber. In addition, ``Yannyeom Cajun'' is a traditional dish made with migratory crabs, which is prepared so that only the delicious parts of the crab are easy to eat. We also recommend the kushikatsu made with tender wild boar♪ All of the meat is fried in rice oil, so it has a light texture. It goes great with alcohol, so please give it a try!

We make strong carbonated water in-house using the ``Ryuo Meisui'' spring water from Mt. Ryuo, which is unique to Saijo. Freshly made carbonated water retains its delicious taste over time, and can be enjoyed as is because it goes down easily! The ``Ryuozan Highball'' and ``Ryuozan Sour'' are also delicious. Once you try it, you'll definitely want to drink more and more because of its delicious taste.We also have Korean alcohol such as makgeolli.◎
