There is an Okonomiyaki restaurant quietly standing at the back of an alley near Akitsu Station. Its name is "Udon-tei" and the name is the exact opposite of what it sounds like (^^;) It is a proper Okonomiyaki restaurant, but it also serves Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) and udon dishes... The exterior and location... It really feels like it's from a corner of the world ★★★★★ I went to Akitsu to check if it was true☆ The restaurant was indeed there and I was able to talk to the owner, but... "I'm sorry, but we're only just getting out of here after the coronavirus... but I'm thinking it might be about time... I'm really sorry." What a shame! So I had no choice but to come here. lol When I entered the restaurant, I checked the sample next to it, "Today's Recommendation Nigiri Set 880 yen." A set of seven nigiri and rolls with meat tempura soba... isn't that really cheap? "Oh, you're alone? Well, sit at the counter♪" As soon as I entered, the owner bowed to his kind words of hospitality and sat at the comfortable counter (lol). However, the menu was huge. lol The recommended board menu, this seems like a fun place for everyday use and for the evening. They have a full range of set meals, Noodles, Sushi, etc. You can choose either hot or cold tea for the welcome drink, so I chose the hot one. I was a little confused by the variety of options, but when it comes to Akitsu, the sea is right in front of you, so I thought the seafood would be fresh... so I ordered the sashimi set meal. There were many types of sashimi, all of which were fresh and delicious, which was great☆ Then, I had Small dish of beef tendon with ponzu sauce, which was a nice palate cleanser in the opposite sense to Seafood ♡ It even came with a homemade dessert, so I paid the bill with a very easy feeling☆ I wanted to talk to the owner at the end, but he seemed busy and didn't speak to me, which was disappointing.
