夫婦で営業してるようで
お父さんは寡黙で黙々調理
お母さんがとてもフレンドリーで時折話しかけてくれます
夫婦とても仲がよさそうです
店内はとても綺麗で

鉄板皿の準備があり
テーブルでも鉄板で食べる事が出来るようです
さらさら生地のキャベツたっぷり
削り粉たっぷり振りかける
袋麺使用のお店
生地がとても甘く
生地だけで食べても充分つまみになると思います
調理は押さえない焼き方で
じっくり蒸し焼き
大将の性格なのかとても丁寧な焼き具合です
麺には茶色く香りの強い液体を振りかけてしばいてます
香り的には酒的な感じでした
個人的には苦手な風味ですが食べてみると香りを感じません
キャベツは少しべちゃべちゃでしたが春キャベツの時期は仕方なく
またキャベツの美味しい季節に食べに行ってみようと思います
駐車場はとても広く
敷地内に10台近く止めれそうでした
