予約なしで入店。開店直後だったためか、お客さんはまばらでした！

北海道だとマグロの赤身がおいしいことに感動して、いくお店にあるたびに頼んでます
こちらももちろんおいしかった。

鮭ルイベが珍しく、注文。
凍ったまま楽しむのですが、提供直後に食べたら冷凍感が強かった笑
しばらく置いておいたら、適度なシャリシャリ感が新しく、あっさりしたサーモンになって好きでした✨

酒蒸しレベルを総合してたら鍋が出てきてびっくり
バター、柚子胡椒など味変用の調味料もついてきます
牡蠣、ムール貝、ホタテ、あさりが数個ずつ入ってて豪華！
貝の旨みを吸った野菜もおいしくて最高でした。

タッチパネル注文、店員さんも深くこちらに干渉してこない感じ、料理は良い意味で想像したクオリティくる安心感はチェーン店ぽく、気兼ねなく過ごせるので落ち着きます。
しかしそっけないわけではなく、スーツケースをこちらからお願いしなくてもレジ裏で預かる提案をしてくださったり、接客も明るく愛想のいい方が多くとてもよかったです。
近くにいらっしゃった韓国からのお客さんにも一生懸命対応されてました！
