札幌駅前にあるあるアスティ45ビル一階にはいる居酒屋さん。ランチタイム営業してくれてます。昔は銀座ライオンがあったところ。
平日のランチタイム。開店と同時入店なので先客ゼロ後客少し。
ライオンの時に来たことあるけど、もっと広かった記憶が・・・。
店内狭いね。あのスペースどこいった？個室あるのかな。
いただいたのは、鯖の塩焼き定食（930円）。
サバは小さいけど、自宅ではあまり焼き魚が食卓に上らないので、社食や外食時は焼き魚を選ぶことが多い。
930円とは大分お高い。この値段だと小鉢があと2つは欲しいところ。生タマゴと煮物とかね。
駅前とロケーションは良いから、お高くならざるを得ないのは分かるけど、利用者からすると満足感が欲しい。
お漬物取り放題でもいいかも。ライスのお替り一杯まで無料とか。
要はコストを余りかけず、客に満足感を与えるかだと思うんだけど。素人考えでスミマセン。
そして、焼鯖をみると何時も思うけど、どうして焼鯖は皮面が表なの？
身の方を表にしたほうが、食べやすくない？
と思うのは、私だけ？
確かに鯖の焼き目はキレイだけど、ホッケは身を表にして盛りつける。鯖だけ特別なの？
