用事があって札幌．JRを使った．帰りもJRだが，１時間ちょっとある．
夕食を食べて帰りたい．午後５時45分くらいにお店を物色した．
数軒の居酒屋，ビール専門店，回転ずし・・・・．
席に座って時間を潰せるお店に入りたい．そこでこのお店を選択．
お店の人は笑顔の対応．気持ちがいい．
私一人の入店だったが，４人のテーブル席に案内される．少しぜいたくな気分だ．
メニューは冊子であるが，注文はタブレットで可能．ラクチンだ．
最初はジョッキ生大をオーダー．
お通しとビールが最初にやってきた．
ビールは本当に大だ(笑)．しばしば，大なのか？と思うお店があるが，本当に多い．うれしい気分だ．
注文は悩んだ末 知床ポーク串カツ盛り合わせ と マグロの刺身．
マグロの刺身はきれいに盛り付けられている．残念ながら本マグロではないが，活きが良く美味しい．ビールがすすむ．そして串カツ盛り合わせがやってきた！
盛り付けが豪華で 一つ一つの串が大きい！これは楽しみだ．
紺色(深い紫色）が衣の隙間から見える．これはナスかな？と想像して食べると ナス．当たり．油を多く吸っているので，少し脂っこいが，おなかがすいている私にはＯＫ．ビールがすすむ．
次に大きさの異なるカツを．一つ目は，さっぱりとしている．脂身は全くない．ヒレカツ？なのか．何も言われないと，鶏むね肉に感じてしまう・・・・・．他のはロースもあり美味しかった．
キャベツがざく切りでこれをつまみにビールが進む．途中で，ビールが無くなったので，グラスの赤ワイン（高いほう）をオーダー．「キンキンに冷えた」赤ワインが登場．冷えすぎて味がわかりにくいが，熱々の串カツにはいいかもしれないな・・・・・．
楽しく時間を潰すことが出来た．６本の串揚げ中，３本がナス．というのが寂しかった．３本でナス1/2本かな？ それを考えると少しコスパが下がる気もするが，一人で食べるには十分．数人で食べるには少し寂しい．と感じる．
店内は清潔感があり綺麗．そして接客も気持ちいいことを考えると，私にとっては再訪ありの気持ちのいいお店だった．
昔の古い札幌駅の地下のレストラン街には，多くのレストランや喫茶店，ラーメン屋，食堂があった．子供の頃の記憶だが，どこも愛想が悪く，上から目線のお店ばかり．それなのにそこそこ高額．というイメージだったが，今はそんなお店皆無だなと思う．料金には，食材・調理だけではなく，接客と言うものが入っていると思う．チェーン店で笑顔で気持ちのいい対応をしていただけるのはとてもうれしい．
また再訪させていただきます．ごちそうさまでした．
