暑くなると特に症状が悪化をする、国が指定をしている難病です。
私の難病に合う薬は、残念ながらまだ開発されていません。
昨年９月、今年１月に続き入院の予定がありますが、コロナ禍でもあり最近の診察では５月か６月頃になりそうです。

「海へ・北３条店」は、リーズナブルな税込み５００円ランチがある居酒屋さんである。
昨年、この店の５００円ランチが北海道新聞で紹介をされていた。
それで、気になっていた店である
いつもの同行者と、ランチで初訪問をした。
この店は札幌市中央区ＪＲ札駅エリア、札幌東急百貨店の付近にある。

平日、午後１時半頃の訪問である。
店内は正に居酒屋風で、半個室風になっている。
そのため、前客・後客はわからない。
税込み５００円のメニューは、６種類である。
５００円メニューから、私もいつもの同行者も、「カットステーキ定食」を注文した。
待つこと６分で、２人の料理が登場をした。
■カットステーキ定食
カットステーキ
鉄皿で、熱々提供。
牛肉は１２０ｇなので、結構肉量がある。
牛肉は、牛脂注入タイプで柔らかい。
メニューに表示はないが、スタッフさんに確認済みである。
野菜は、玉葱と長ネギ。
味噌汁
具材は、ワカメと味噌汁。
ご飯
きちんと温かい
価格 ５００円（税込）
「カットステーキ定食」は、肉量１２０ｇで熱々の鉄皿で提供である。
税込みで５００円なら、かなり良いランチメニューである。
カットステーキの旨みが、鉄皿に残ったタレに旨みがでている。
一番最後に鉄皿のタレに、ご飯をしみこませていただいた。
もったいない派で庶民の私の、大好きないただき方である。(笑)
再訪をしたくなる、ランチ店である。
次回は、どの「５００円ランチ」にしょうかな。
