2022年の年始に行ったのですが…
コロナ渦なのもあり、本当にお店がやっていない。笑
やっとの思いで入店したお店になります。
お刺身盛り合わせ
この日の盛り合わせは、まぐろ・サーモン・ほたてでした。
ほたてがめっちゃ美味しい！
さすが北海道！ッという感じです。
北海道産3色ポテトフライ
北海道産じゃがいもを3種類使用したポテトフライになります。
品種は忘れてしまったのですが、それぞれ特徴がある味になっていて面白かったです。
真たちとマイタケの天ぷら
真たちといえば天ぷらですよね！
サクトロ食感がたまらなかったです！
ラム肉ジューシー鉄板焼き
北海道でお肉といえばやっぱりラム肉！
程よいラムの臭みがまた癖になる感じ。
ラーメンサラダ
ハーフサイズをお願いしたのですが、2人で食べるには十分な量がありました。
海へ名物サーモンロール
自分で海苔を巻いて食べるスタイル。
少量とはいえ、いくらもトッピングされているのは嬉しいですよね。
かに雑炊
寒い日だったので最後は温かい雑炊で！
チェーン店にはなりますが、北海道の美味しいものを食べられました♪
