自宅徒歩圏なんで色々歩きまわり もとい食べまくりんこではありますが
こちら 未訪ちゅうか 食べログで初めて知りますた
同じ全日空ホテルにゃぁ 展望の良い上層階に しょうゆの効いた関東風和食の名店「車屋」さんhttp://r.tabelog.com/hokkaido/A0101/A010102/1003264/dtlrvwlst/942533/もあってそちらは良く行くのですが（塩辛いというより味が強いんだなぁ 結構好きですよ関東風も）
こちらは地下になって全く別 どちらかというとよりリーズナブルで 居酒屋と日本料理屋の中間的な感じかなと
しかし ここ全日空ホテルですが 建物も年季はいっとりますがサービス陣もえらい年季入ってます
好みはあるでしょうが 接客ということでは札幌で一番でないすかね？？
接客どうこうが全く気が付かない つかず離れず絶妙の気配りというか 年季どすなぁ 笑
妙なでしゃばりもなく ウンチクもなく しらじらしいお愛想もないけど 淡々と必要充分という感じ
正に 東堂さんがウジャリンコ っすなぁ～ 平均５０代後半でないかなという感じなんすが開業時から残留組とすれば大したもんですな
お味は 関西ベースに あぁ札幌だなぁ～という出汁や ニュアンス 塩は全品センターから球１っこ～２個低め おぉ上品 うまいべや 現在札幌の正に中庸
控えめながらさりげない創作 香の物がレモンの千枚切りも加えた斬新清冽なものでした
ランチ 土日祝はやっとりませんので注意
日替わりが９００円 週変わりの弁当８５０円 最高額の和定食でも１，８００円 しかしながらお味は高級店
幹部～管理職のお昼どころ OLさんの給料日御用達という客層かなぁ
隣には寿司屋もあります なんか地下ですが 地元民には穴場でしょうなぁ
なんかここのところ思うのですが すすきの 円山徘徊するより 大通～札幌間のホテルというのも上品和食系ではお得感あるかも
最高の希少な というのは無いかもですが 堅実確実上級な調理技量 ブレの無い安心感
観光 商用以外のステージでの地元民争奪戦の熾烈さ 切磋琢磨からの 工夫
我々食べ手への還元 満足感に比べ懐に優しいでありんす
さっぽろホテル和食巡り これはいけてるかもですよん うっしっし
唯一 カウンターがちと殺風景 壁に液晶テレビでも埋めて 静止画像でいいから 北海道の観光地 スライド投射するってのはどうでしょう？？ 楽しいかも
