札幌ANAクラウンプラザホテルの和食レストラン。朝食も提供している。IHGメンバーでのホテル予約をした際に朝食付きで予約したので、この日はこちらに来ることにした。しかし、昨年の地震以降、札幌の宿泊価格は随分と低く抑えられているように思える。まだ影響があるのだろうか。
普通に頼むと2千円を超える和朝食。メンバー特典として帆立の刺身までついてきた。これで豪勢でない理由がない。焼き魚、温泉玉子、いくらの醤油漬け、ポトフ？に珍味各種がついてくる。朝からこのラインナップはホテル朝食ならでは。出張者としてはほくそ笑むしかない。どれも満足な美味しさ。注文があるとすれば、ごはんもう少し多くよそって欲しいと思うくらいか。
一日の立ち上がりとしては最高。ごちそう様でした
