Food Enjoy “Hakata Negi Shabu”, a collaboration of Hokkaido pork and top-quality dashi
Our specialty, ``Hakata Negi Shabu,'' is made by dipping Hokkaido pork into ago soup stock and enjoying it with plenty of green onions. Enjoy the light taste of dashi made from the highest grade chin.In addition, you can choose from three types of the popular `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)'': miso, soy sauce, or green onion salt. We also recommend the ``Nishoku nabe'' where you can choose your favorite 2 types of hot pot out of these 4 types! Also, be sure to try the bite-sized Hakata bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling made with mochi pork from Rusutsu.

We offer courses where you can enjoy traditional cuisine from Kyushu and Fukuoka. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, from standard dishes such as Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), shabu shabu, Hot Pot, to special dishes made with plenty of seasonal ingredients. Also includes 90 minutes of all-you-can-drink where you can enjoy premium malts, wine, cocktails, and more! Furthermore, for an additional 500 yen, you can change to a premium plan that includes all-you-can-drink draft beer, local sake, and authentic shochu. Please use this plan for a variety of occasions, such as entertaining or meeting people.
