旬のししゃものお刺身を肴に、落ち着いた雰囲気の一軒家で大切な人と一献
北海道えりもを中心とした創作和食。築70年の旅館をイギリス人デザイナーが改築しました。1Fはイングリッシュガーデン風なテラスを眺めるテーブル席とB1Fは個室風なバーラウンジ。2FはVIPルームと50席ご用意している掘り炬燵席があります。様々なシーンでお使い頂けます。

築70年の旅館を改築したのに店内はモダンで、とてもいい雰囲気が漂っています。
お店の店員さんも一人ひとりが丁寧に心のこもった挨拶で出迎えてくれて、接客好感度は私のなかでは札幌でも上位に入るお店にランキングします。
しかも、料理はえりもならでは魚介類や北海道の地酒におそばと酒好きには堪らないお店だと思います。
ますば定番の「えりも浜盛り」
この真つぶは、過去最高の味、食感の真つぶでした。
そして、期間・数量限定の
「えりも沖本ししゃものお刺身」
これは札幌でも滅多に食べられないレア物です。
さらに、とことん真つぶを使います。
新鮮な真つぶと旬のきのこを使った
つぶときのこの玉子とじ
シーザー海鮮シーザーサラダも新鮮なサーモンが使われていました。
この日は余り時間がなかったので、この程度しか写真がありませんが、メニューを見て食べたいと思ったのは、

などなど
雰囲気、接客抜群、ボックスの掘り炬燵席やバーラウンジ、VIP席などTPOに応じたセレクトも出来、美味しい魚が食べられるこのお店は、私の引き出しのひとつに加えられました。
