平日20時に予約が取れまして訪問。
大人数の宴会が入ってる模様で店内は熱気ムンムン。
カウンターに案內されます。
メニュー拝見。ビール飛ばして日本酒って言うメニューですね♪
予約時にオーダーした刺身がやってきました。
豪勢ですねぇ〜。
帆立、タコ頭、ホッケ、サーモン、マグロ、つぶ貝、甘海老、ソイ、烏賊の９種類。
特筆はホッケの刺身。ホッケの刺身はもっと水っぽいイメージがあったけど、脂もあって旨味もたっぷり、美味しい刺身ですね、これは。
確かに、最近、ホッケの刺身や寿司を見るようになった。北海道でしか食べられないと思う。
他の刺身もgood！
続いて、厚岸産生牡蠣。クリーミー。日本酒が進む。
口直しに「ピュアホワイト(生)」。生で食べられるトウモロコシ。あっま〜い！食感も生なので独特。
ラストスパートは、烏賊塩辛と蟹味噌でしっぽり。
宴会も終わって店の中もだいぶ静かになりました。
蟹味噌はほんのちょっとの量ですが、侮るなかれ、味が濃い！耳掻き一杯分も口に入れれば十分に蟹！
これで、ちょぼちょぼ日本酒が進みます。
ちょっとお値段高めの感じがしたけど、美味しいものが食べられました。
