今日は、大丸まで父と買い物に、お昼時になり8階にあるレストラン街へ。天ぷらが食べたいとなり、つな八さんにお邪魔しました。静かな店内で落ち着いて良い感じです。私は和御膳、父は大海老天丼を注文。15分程ででてきました。四種類のお塩、何からかけようかと楽しみに。出てきた天ぷらの海老は小さいですが、尾までパリパリたべれます。衣はさっくり、油がいいのでしょうね。ただ全体に物足りない。後で海老のかき揚げを持ってきます。との事で期待することに、次に鮪のマリネ。マリネにしては、鮪が厚い。これはお刺身で食べたかったです。海老のかき揚げはさくさく美味しかったです。
もう少し食器など素敵だといいなぁ。と思いました。父が頼んだ海老天、大きな海老で美味しそうでしたが、海老が硬いなぁ。チンして解凍したんじゃないか？とブツブツ言ってましたが。
天ぷらさくさくで美味しかったです。わさび塩よかったです。ご馳走様でした。
