源吉兆庵は、このような果実の和菓子は外せない。

テーブルの上に2～3日前からあります。
勝手に食べるとお叱りを受けるので、黙ってみてます。
袋越しに表面だけを見て、色が色だけに煎餅かと思い指で突っついてみると柔らかい。
