肉増し飯減らし
半額ランチ。気になってた豚丼食べよう。
12時を少し回って、人数によって若干の待ち時間発生中。1人なのでカウンターにすぐご案内。
肉大盛り豚丼 1,180円の半額で590円
カウンター奥に焼き場があって、肉が次々焼かれていく。カット肉が減ってきたら、冷蔵庫から塊肉登場。なかなかの大きさで迫力ある。
肉増しにした分、ご飯少なめにしてみた。
帳尻あうのか？気休めかもね。
サラダが付いてるから栄養バランスとってる気分も味わえる。
豚肉は大きさ様々な厚切り。適度な柔らかさと歯応え。
味付けは単独で食べてもいいくらいの加減。
山椒小皿、もちろん全部かける。
ご飯大盛り無料だから、ガッツリ食べたい人なら量的にも満足いくのではないかしら。
スパカツが食べたくて
そういえば、スパカツあったな、と訪問。
以前お魚ランチ食べてから1年近く来てなかった。
前は喫煙席あったけど、今お昼はNGなんだそう。
メニューもろくに見ず、スパカツ900円をオーダー。
ん？前とメニューが変わってる。豚丼推し。ふーむ。
ライス大盛りとホットコーヒーサービスなの。
コーヒーサーバーからセルフサービス。
そうこうしているうちにスパカツ到着。
粉チーズ別盛り。タバスコはお好みで。
サラダ付きは嬉しい。
鉄板はジューとはしてないけど、底の麺がカリッとする熱さ。
カツはサクサクやわらか。厚さ1cm以上はあるかな。
ソースは甘め。ニンジンたくさん。量はたっぷり。
予想はしてたけど、案の定ソースを服に跳ね飛ばす。
パスタソースとか麺の汁とか飛ばさないで食べれたためしがないような…いい歳なのに。
カリカリ麺がおいしい。ただし固いから巻きつかずソースを飛ばす。曲者め。でもおいしいからいいや。
麺はかなりボリュームあるように感じる。
どうも習慣で残すのに罪悪感を覚えるもので、完食。
結構ずっしりきた。おかげで夜までお腹空かず。

台湾まぜそば 850円
お好みでお酢とラー油をかけてお召し上がりください。
どれどれ、まずはそのまま。
甘辛なタレと細かく細かく刻んだニラがよくからむ。
麺はちりちりもっちり。いいですね〜。
あえて黄身多めのトロりんちょを楽しんでから、ラー油をお好み投入。
適度な辛さを楽しんだら、今度はお酢で味変。
最後は追い飯で具を余すことなくいただく。
楽しくておいしい。
カシンフウにも行きたくなっちゃった。
