映えもいい美味しい居酒屋さん
マスコミ露出も多く勢いある【シハチ鮮魚店】の姉妹店の居酒屋さん。
札幌駅北口地下立地。
同フロアには百名店の有名居酒屋さんも。
今回は、事前に幹事が飲み放題(90分/2000円)のみ予約。料理はアラカルトで。

料理は6名利用なので色々とオーダーしました。
印象に残ったのは以下ですが、何も個性あるし、映えるし、美味しい！
・お通し：いくらの手巻き
・刺身盛り7種
・蟹コロッケ：大きくサクサク衣の上には大量の蟹のほぐし身。中には蟹味噌も。
・昆布チップス：三温糖でいただきますが旨味が増しますね
・日本酒に合うポテトサラダ：自分で潰して
・タコザンギ：タコの大きさ歯応えが素晴らしい！！
アルコールも、日本酒の品揃えよく、レモンサワー系も種類がかなり豊富。お代わり対応もスムーズ。
接客もイケメン男子が丁寧で好感持てます。
今回の呑み放題は90分限定だったので、、あっという間。
しっかり料理を楽しみ逆にスッキリ次に行けていいのかも？
間違いなく再訪します。
その内、薄野に出店するのでしょうね。

前回初訪問でお気に入りになり、2回目の今回は席のみを予約して3名で。
お通し(490円)は前回同様、イクラの手巻き。
オーダーは、前回好評だった品
・刺身７点盛(2人前)
・カニクリームコロッケ(680円✕3)
・昆布チップス(480円)
・絶品塩辛じゃがバター(480円）
・北海道タコタコザンギ(680円)
を一通りと、
気になったメニューを今回は多めに
・和牛ウニ軍艦巻き(590円✕3)
・半熟卵の雲丹いくらのせ(750円)
・ザンギ(3個)
・鉄板海老つくね(680円)
・チータラ(680円)
〆に自家製 マルセイバターサンドアイス(490円)
次回もカニクリームコロッケは必須。
半熟卵のうにイクラとつくねも美味しかったですが、和牛ウニ軍艦は、、、。
アルコールは、ビール～日本酒、ガリ酎等を。
やはり、ある程度飲むなら呑み放題（2000円/90分）にしたほうがよかったかな、、。
全体的には、美味しい料理で今回も満足。ただ、やはり前回ほどの驚き等はなしで点数は変更
(3.8→3.6)ですが再訪します。
