たまたまInstagramを見ていたらユニックさんがいつの間にか復活してる( ﾟﾛﾟ)!!ﾅﾆ
行きたいと思っていたら建物老朽化で一時閉店して行けなくなり､復活するのを待っていたんですよね
これは行きたいとのっちむさんに声をかけたら休みの日に誘われ迷わず行っちゃう事に
ランチを済ませて一時過ぎに訪問です
お店は白を基調とし明るく清潔感のある内装
以前の内装も悪くなかったけど今回のも悪くないですね
席に座りメニューをチェック
やはりコチラはストウブ鍋で作られたパンケーキが気になっていたのでパンケーキから選択
パンケーキは2種類あるけど見た目も美味しそうだったので季節のフルーツ付きパンケーキに決定､ドリンクセットにしてホットコーヒーにします
因みにコチラのコーヒーは石狩の人気店徳光珈琲のチョコ深ブレンドを使用しているんだとか
フルーツは載せるか別皿の提供を選べると言うので載せて貰う事に
季節のフルーツ付きパンケーキ
運ばれて来た時からパンケーキの良い匂いがして美味しそう
ストウブ鍋で作られるパンケーキの上には沢山のフルーツが載っかっていて見た目も綺麗です
フルーツは苺､パイン､ブドウ､シャインマスカット､バナナ､キウイ､梨､リンゴ､オレンジ､ブラッドオレンジと豊富
パンケーキは鍋で作るだけあって高さもあり､中はふんわり外はサクッと香ばしくなっていて美味しいパンケーキ
別皿にフルーツとパンケーキを好みの分移して､付いてくるバターとメープルシロップを好みでかけて頂きます
シロップなら甘さが増してよりデザート感が増すし､バターと食べると塩気があって食事っぽくなって色々と楽しめます
パンケーキも美味しかったし､また機会あればクレープ等の違うメニューも食べてみたいですね
