The exact opposite of a rich soup Re・SAVoY This is a rich soup made with beef bones, pork, and chicken slowly cooked for a long time to create a cloudy white soup with vegetables and a new blend of spices to enhance the flavor! To go with the new soup, we have grilled and fried the vegetables to match the soup.

“SAVoY” is a long-established Soup Curry specialty store that closed on October 1, 2017. The owner has opened a new store with the same brand as ``SAVoY'', thinking that he could somehow preserve the flavor of this popular restaurant that all Sapporo Soup Curry fans know. Our mission is to serve more customers than ever before.
Food "CurrySavoy" Evil Woman's Soup
Beef bones, chicken bones, various vegetables and fruits are simmered for a day, then the heat is turned off and simmered for another 6 hours the next day. After carefully straining it for 4 hours, add spices and refrigerate for at least a day. Finally, the excess fat is removed to create the base soup. Its flavor has depth and breadth, making it a truly refined masterpiece. Please give it a try.
