旧店名は、隠れ家個室居酒屋 囲だそうです。
ドリンクはスタッフが割と迅速に対応も感じ良く好印象です。
サシ飲みでコースで使い勝手がいい個室居酒屋でした。
アンティパスト
冷製オードブルのような一皿
真蛸や生ハムやウズラなどお酒に合うおつまみを数種類は最初にありがたいです。
生ビールと共に楽しめました。
鮮魚のカルパッチョ
エキストラバージンオリーブオイルとバジルソースで
サーモンのカルパッチョが酒のつまみに良い感じに仕上げられていました。
パルミジャーノ・シーザーサラダ
彩り良い野菜をシーザードレッシングとパルミジャーノチーズでさっぱりとした中にイタリアンテイストな味わいでサクサク食べれます。
揚げたてフライドポテト チーズソース
チーズのコクとカリカリがあるポテトでした。
チーズソースをテーブルでかけて仕上げるパフォーマンスが楽しめました。
ゴルゴンゾーラのニョッキ 炙りチーズソース
ブルーチーズ香る濃厚なクリームソースをたっぷりニョッキにかけてあります。
提供時に席でバーナーで炙って香ばしく仕上がってました。
これもみて楽しいパフォーマンスでした。
ハーブチキンのグリル
ローズマリーの風味が感じられる香草ハーブチキンは、
タイムやセージ等数種類のハーブをブレンドし鶏もも肉に漬けこんでいるようで、
しっかりめの塩味とハーブの風味で酒が進みます。
皮はパリっと、お肉がジューシーに焼き上げてあり、その食感は好ましく感じました。
本日のデザート
ティラミスが最後に出てきて甘くビターなテイストです。
ドリンクは最初に飲んだビールが一番美味しく、
いろいろ飲んで試してみようと思うましたが、
最初の生ビールに戻れば良かったと最後に思うのでした。
テーブルパフォーマンスや接客全般好印象でした。
