In addition, we are particular about the [Dashi soup stock] we use. Please pay attention to the taste that is unique to Ichimi, which is made by blending soy sauce with a unique combination and diluting it with the soup stock. You can enjoy a cup of our pride that has been carefully selected from the appearance to the taste.
Food Tempura made with seasonal flavors is a must-try. We also have appetizers that go well with sake.
We recommend the Tempura platter made with seasonal ingredients.
