こちらは雑誌で見つけたお店です。
用事の帰りにランチで寄りたいと思って地図を見ると創成スクエアの向かいのよう。
11時少し過ぎた頃に到着。
オープンテラスもあります。
6月なのに寒く風も強いためすぐに店内へ。
まだ時間が早い為、一番乗りだったようです。
テーブル席に案内されてメニューの説明を一通りしてもらいました。
お冷はセルフサービスです。
サラダメインのメニューがちょっと気になりましたが、ピザ窯があるのでこれは絶対ピザを食べるべきと思いました。
ここはBコースを注文です。
ピザは定番マルゲリータ。
飲み物は悩んだ末、雑誌にエスプレッソの事が書いてあったのでエスプレッソにして食事と一緒にお願いしました。
お冷をもってくると、家族らしきグループが来ていました。
お冷で一息ついていると、サラダが運ばれてきました。
野菜だけでなくチキンも入っています。
レタス、トマト、きゅうり、にんじんと彩りがキレイです。
いただいてみると彩りだけでなく、味も美味しい。
トマトは甘く、ドレッシングはしつこくないです。
ちょっと経ってからメインのピザが運ばれてきました。
窯で焼いたピザ。
冷めないうちにいただいてみると、生地は薄いので軽く、トマトソースは個人的には好みです。
チーズも美味しいです。
自家製の辛いオイルを少しかけて食べてみると味が引き締まります。
ピザの耳だけにオイルをつけるとピリっとしてお酒に合いそうです。
エスプレッソに砂糖を溶かしてグイッと飲んでみました。
あまり飲み慣れていないので比較するものがないのですが、たまにコーヒーではなくエスプレッソも良いなと思いました。
次回行くならお酒とピザか身体に良さそうなサラダとフォカッチャの組み合わせにしようかなと思いました。
