【鮨処 凛】さん。
ANAクラウンホテルは息子が大学入試時に宿泊した思い出のホテルで（私と娘もついてきた）凄く気になっていました。
大学卒業式参加に合わせて家族3人
24日札幌入りしました♪
マイレビ食べ過ぎ太り過ぎｻﾏに
此方のランチを是非息子に食べさせてあげたいなぁ…と厚かましくも連絡しました。
そして食べ過ぎ太り過ぎｻﾏご夫妻と我家族3人（パパ、息子、私）の
5人で26日12時〜ご一緒させて
いただくことになりました。
（生物苦手な娘は札幌でリモートワーク）
食べ過ぎｻﾏとの再会を果たし

食べ過ぎｻﾏが三重県のお酒もありますよ‼︎と教えて頂きメニューを拝見すると

の2種ありました。
而今 （じこん）は全国的に有名で札幌のお店で見かけたことありますが
田光（たびか）は珍しいような…
個人的には"田光"の方がキリッと口あたりよく好みです。
食べ過ぎｻﾏが田光を頼んでいらっしゃいましたので
写真を撮らせていただきました。
全員がおまかせランチで
一斉にスタートです。
おまかせランチは10貫+吸物

シャリは小さめ
赤酢シャリの炊き加減が絶妙で口の中でシャリがほぐれ易く、お米一粒一粒の存在がよく判ります。

ネタの味もしっかりしていますが
どのネタもシャリに負けてない感じでした。
個人的には、つぶ&イクラが美味
特にイクラの焼海苔が香ばしく
厚めな海苔で他店では食べたことがない
高級海苔を使用しているなぁと印象的でした。
カウンターと小上がり座敷テーブルがありますが
やはり此方はカウンター席へ座り
大将から1貫ずつ提供していただくのが鮨処の醍醐味とも言えるのではないでしょうか。
高級鮨処では値段があってないような
お店もありますので…(^^;
息子のような若僧では怖くて利用しかねますが
おまかせランチ10貫 ¥3500（税込）
と明朗会計。
