We purchase the best seasonal ingredients of the day from all over Japan, including Hokkaido, and we are particular about tuna. Our suppliers are ``Yamayuki,'' a top-level tuna intermediate wholesaler in Japan that has a solid eye and is trusted by many famous stores. These toppings are aged and our craftsmen consistently prepare them to the best of their ability. Please enjoy the flavorful nigiri.
