仕事で札幌に行った時に後輩が連れて行ってくれました。
予約してくれてて、3500円のランチコースを注文。
お薦め握り10貫と汁物のコースのようです。
「今日は鯨がありますけど食べられますか？」と聞かれ
「もちろん！」と返答。鯨なんて久しぶり。楽しみだわ、、、
ネタも北海道だからってこともあり、新鮮でした。
シャリが、ちょっと硬めで、でもふわっと握っていて絶妙、、、。
イカやらエビやらの後、７貫めくらいに鯨登場。もっちりしてて濃厚でした。
コース全体は結構あっさりしてる感じなので、ちょうどよかったかも。
お昼からもお仕事あったからレモンサワー2杯しか飲めなかったけど（飲むんかいww）、
レモンサワーもとっても丁寧に作っておられました
今度は夜来たいです
