昼なのに夜のコースがいただけるとのことで予約をとって伺いました。あん肝から煮鮑（絶妙な柔らかさ）と出てあとは握りです。ご飯を小さめにしていただき10貫を味わい、さらに3貫いただいて終了しました。どれも大変美味しくて満足できました。札幌最後の食事で幸せに浸りました！
