札幌にひとり日帰り旅（）に来たので、弾丸百名店ツアーを実施しました(*ˊᗜˋ*)ﾉﾉﾞﾊﾟﾁﾊﾟﾁ
こちらの百名店のお店ではカレーではなく、週末限定のビリヤニを食べてみたくて来ました♪
ビリヤニとはインドの炊き込みごはんで、スパイスが沢山入ってるやーつ！です！
1度食べてみたくて…(*´﹃｀*)♪
おいしいからなのか、お客さんがひっきりなしにきます。
お店は落ち着く感じの内装で、広々としています。
そして店員さんの接客も良き◎
調理スタッフは現地の方が多いです♪

ちなみにこのお店のすぐ近くにめちゃくちゃおいしい大好きなパンケーキのお店があります♪笑

スパイスの香りが強いです
具はにんじん？マトン、丸ごとじゃがいも、豆みたいな謎のスパイス等が沢山が入ってます♪笑
インド米？が、パサパサ気味ですがこれがこの味に合う
マトンも臭みがなく、味付けされてて柔らかくておいしー
一緒についてるカレーソースとヨーグルトサラダがあります。
カレーソースはまろやかでビリヤニに合う！！！！
ヨーグルトソースは酸っぱいです。笑
ヨーグルトのほうは…ごめんなさいワタシは苦手です。
ビリヤニ単品で食べるとやや薄味？
だけど、ソースをかけてたべるとめっちゃおいしい♪
スパイス系が好きな人は絶対に美味しいと思えると思う！
私は大正解♪♪♪
辛いの苦手な私でもおいしく最後まで食べられました。
