2年ぶりの札幌。
金沢のつる○のトラウマがあり、お店の新規開拓に躊躇してました。
そこで、食べログ会のスターの”うどんが主食”さんに食べログコメントで相談。
面識もない中、丁寧にお返事を頂き、その中にこちらのお店が。
予約がとれて、その日まで、ウキウキ。
お店は、ビルの外観がなかなか年季の入った建物の中にありましたが、店内はススキノ高級店の素敵な作り。
大雪のなか、訪れて、寒がっていると、大将が暖かい席に移動を促してくれました。
さて、お食事はというと、他の食べログユーザーさんにもあるように、丁寧で清潔。でてくるタイミングもばっちり。シャリの量やほぐれ具合など全てが好みでした。
ネタも一手間加えた優しい味わい。
箸休めのガリも流石でしたね。
タコから始まり、甘エビやツブ貝（肝あり）さらにこの時期の毛ガニ＋内子。
焼きニシンははじめて頂きましたが、かなり美味しくびっくりしました。
また山芋をかけた魚介のスープには沢山の魚介が入っていて驚きの連続でした。
またコスパは高いからか、若いお客さんが多かったかなぁ（研修医みたいでした）。
